This weekend I attended BASHCon at Student Union of the Toledo University in Toledo, OH with my brother and our oldest sons.

Amongst the things I did at the convention was to play an intro
game of CAV run by Michael. I played with 5 other con-goers while my
son was in another part of the con with my brother playing Dagorhir
(foam sword combat) and my nephew was a couple of tables over playing
(dare I say utter it's name here?) Battletech Classic. He spend most of
his day there... literally, all day!

...Um... yay?

Well, the gallery has been moved over to the new setup so the old legacy gallery has gone away. I have also added some links for game reviews and resources. There's still quite a bit of content to add to the site but it's already a smidge farther along than I ever got with the old method I was using to maintain the site.
I would like to add a calendar to the site, but I'm not sure it'll really get that much use. I haven't been terribly active for quite a while on the convention side of things.

I'm posting this using a program called "Drivel". Along with the new picture content management system and the integrated gallery scripts that are running on the server now, maintaining this site is going to be a lot easier.
There is now a "Gallery" and a "The Old Gallery" link on the site. I'll be moving all pictures to the new Gallery over time and then the old one will go away.
That's it for now.

There's new management at Flak Magnet's miniatures!

Sort of.

Kinda.

Okay, not really. It's still the same one-man show as always, with the same one-man.

The only thing that's really new about the management is that I'm using new sofware to do the site management.

So whee!

It'll take me some time to get the content back up on the site, but it'll get there.
